Hello my friends...I am in need of some excellent breakfast recipes. We're getting quite sick of the same old stuff (puff pancakes, waffles, pancakes, cereal, french toast). We are in serious need of something new and different. Any help is welcome! Post it on the blog or on the comments, please!
*I'm particularly interested in some breakfast casserole recipes. I know they're out there!
Thanks!

Make it up! Eggs, salsa, cheese, frozen hash browns, ground beef/sausage... Mix it up, bake it @ 350 until it's not soggy (usually 25min)
. Viola!
yum!
Hey, Just clicked over from my sitemeter. Great site! It's very cute.
I was thinking the same thing a while ago and found a TON of great ideas that we have incorporated into our routine. I've been obsessed with this granola that has no oil {recipe calls, I stopped adding it in when I realized it didn't need it or sugar to be phenomenal!} -It is a variation of Bill Granger's recipe and is super easy to whip up and store and mix with yogurt in the morning. Seriously, I wouldn't have thought it would be my style, but I love it so much I've vowed to never buy cold cereal again, it's been 10 months now and I haven't purchased a single box!
-It's on my blog under breakfasts -or I can email it to you.
We've been doing a lot of different hot cakes and pancakes that aren't your same old thing. I've also vowed to almost never buy maple syrup again and it has changed our lives. We make special fancy butters or whips or syrups that take almost no time or have been made ahead and stored. Easy. Little things like that have made a huge difference, and breakfast has changed from the meal I hated and dreaded, to something I look forward to!
I just saw a recipe for carrot cake pancakes that I am going to post soon and I've got a hotcake mix that can be made ahead that is made with almond meal that I'm going to post soon too! Let me know if you want a sneak peek at those two and I'll give you those and some other links we've used!
Okay, so this is the link for the "hot garlic" granola (which was a fantastic site by the way, definitley worth checking out.)

I am going to try and make some this week and I will let you know it turned out.
I tried making the granola and I think it was yummy. Even my kids and (somewhat picky) husband liked it! Be careful not to put in too much applejuice or the oats will mush together and they won't toast right.
