Bread Pudding

2 cups sugar

3 large beaten eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
3 cups cubed bread
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup Butter Softened
1 cup Chopped Pecans (optional)


This is one of my favorite things!
You can eat it as a dessert or a breakfast!
It is a great way to use bread that has gotten a little stale!

You can add fruit to it...
I like it with peaches or apples - it tastes sort of like a cobbler.

It is also good if you add raisins or crasins!

How long do you bake this and on what temperature? This sounds really good. Thanks!

Oh sorry - 350 for 30 mins or so --- Must be a little browned on top & be able to pull a knife out of the middle clean... Enjoy - It is my favorite!
